The "W Mer Method" is a soil cement construction method that effectively utilizes locally generated soil and sediment, employing a residual formwork system for the construction of external protective concrete (cover concrete). By vertically installing the internal formwork, it is possible to ensure proper compaction of the internal material (INSEM material) even at the ends near the formwork panels.
